After working more than 20 years in mergers and acquisitions consulting activities related to the wine sector, I took a new challenge : applying the principles I believe in on vineyard that was being set up. These principles are a careful winegrowing on a great terroir on very old vines, inspired by my Bourguignon heritage.
After studying wine making and enology, I left Versailles for the Roussillon in order to elaborate new types of wines. I joined the Domaine de Vénus in 2005 and was given the chance to do what I always waited fo : being the Cellar Master. On a daily basis, I am in charge of the vinification, assisted by our consultant, Agnès Piperno. I am also in charge of administrative work.
