After working more than 20 years in mergers and acquisitions consulting activities related to the wine sector, I took a new challenge : applying the principles I believe in on vineyard that was being set up. These principles are a careful winegrowing on a great terroir on very old vines, inspired by my Bourguignon heritage.

After owning for more than 20 years the Domaine de l’Ile Margaux in Bordeaux, I decided to move to Roussillon in 2003, thrilled by this promising land. I am the estate manager and my most important decision was to choose those who work daily in the vines and the winery.

After a bachelor’s degree in Wine and Spirits Marketing at INSEEC de Beaune, I joined Domaine de Vénus in order to develop the commercial activity. I am in charge of national and export sales, as well as all communication in the field.

After studying wine making and enology, I left Versailles for the Roussillon in order to elaborate new types of wines. I joined the Domaine de Vénus in 2005 and was given the chance to do what I always waited fo : being the Cellar Master. On a daily basis, I am in charge of the vinification, assisted by our consultant, Agnès Piperno. I am also in charge of administrative work.

In charge of the exploitation of the estate as well as the vinification in collaboration with Nathalie my wife.
I have a great experience of organic winemaking that I bring to the exploitation of the estate in organic viticulture.
